Alannah Benight
Owner | Office Manager
If it’s happening behind the scenes, there’s a good chance I’m the one making it happen.
I handle our bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, vendor relationships, marketing, graphic design, video editing, and the endless research that comes with running a small business. I genuinely enjoy finding ways to improve things, whether that’s streamlining a process, strengthening our brand, or making sure our customers have the best experience possible.
The best part of this business isn’t what I do, it’s who I get to do it with. Building a business with my best friend and husband is incredibly rewarding and so much fun!
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading, baking or cooking for friends and family, planning events, embroidering, or working on another home renovation project. I’m also a sucker for anything vintage or antique.
My hope is that every customer walks away feeling relieved, well taken care of, and confident they called the right people.

I’m the one you’ll usually meet on the job.
From answering the phone and scheduling jobs to loading trailers, driving, and handling the heavy lifting; I wear a lot of hats, but my favorite part is helping people reclaim their space.
I treat every job as if I were helping my own family. That means being honest from the first estimate, never surprising customers with unnecessary fees, paying attention to the little details, and leaving every space cleaner than I found it. If I notice something small I can fix while I’m there, chances are I’ll take care of it.
I’m known for being able to load a trailer like a giant game of Tetris and backing a truck and trailer into places most people wouldn’t even attempt. I stay calm under pressure, enjoy solving problems, and genuinely love finding the unexpected treasures that turn up on jobs, they’re never the same twice.
When I’m not working, I’m usually finding another project to tackle, watching Formula 1 or Stargate SG-1, fishing, or spending time with Alannah and our dogs.

Hi! I’m Simon.
I was promoted to management because everyone agreed I’m the cutest employee.
My responsibilities include supervising every project from the nearest sunny spot, conducting mandatory quality-control sniff inspections, making sure the humans take enough breaks, and reminding everyone that snacks should always be shared.
When I’m not hard at work, I enjoy truck rides with Dad, naps under blankets, collecting pets from visitors, accepting treats from my friends at the landfill, and ensuring Mom pays the required cheese tax while she’s cooking.
I’ll admit I’m not a perfect employee. Sometimes I get a little too excited about being included, accidentally stand exactly where everyone needs to walk, and occasionally distract the crew with my overwhelming handsomeness.
I believe every successful junk removal job should include a happy tail, a treat, and lots of loves.
