Cardboard Removal
Efficient Cardboard Removal and Recycling Services
Simon Says Junk It knows how quickly cardboard boxes stack up after deliveries, moves, renovations, and seasonal sales. Corrugated cardboard, moving boxes, and shipping sleeves can turn a hallway or dock into an obstacle course. Our cardboard removal focuses on professional cardboard disposal with careful loading, eco-friendly disposal routes, and upfront pricing so you know what to expect before we start.
We handle one-time Cardboard Collection and recurring pickups for homes, offices, retail, warehouses, and job sites. Whether it is a few bundled piles or a full staging area, we break down what is needed on-site, haul everything, and direct recyclable materials to the best option available. Our goal is to protect floors and doors, keep your workflow moving, and give you a smooth customer experience from booking to sweep-up.
We make scheduling simple. Send photos and a brief description, and we will provide upfront pricing and a pickup window. Share access details like stairs, elevators, narrow corridors, loading zones, and any gate codes so arrival, parking, and loading go smoothly. For curbside-style service, stage material near the entry so we can move quickly.
What We Take and How We Work
We remove flattened or intact cardboard boxes, corrugated cardboard sheets, paperboard packaging, cardboard tubes, and stacks of moving boxes. If boxes are not yet flattened, we can break down and bundle during loading. Tape, labels, plastic tape, and packaging tape are fine in small amounts. Please keep food residue and liquids out of the stack, and set aside waxed cardboard or heavily soiled items so we can plan separate handling.
We know cardboard arrives with accessories. We can collect bubble wrap, air pillows, plastic air pillows, foam packaging peanuts, and expanded polystyrene placed in bags or boxes for the same visit. If plastic bags are used to contain loose material, tie them closed so nothing blows around the site. For items that cannot enter standard cardboard recycling streams, we will route them responsibly as part of our junk removal service.
We do not accept hazardous household waste. If cardboard or packing materials contact with oils, solvents, paints, chemicals, or other hazardous materials, those items require specialized handling outside of junk removal. If exposure is uncertain, share photos and details so we can advise safe next steps before the collection day.
Prep Tips for Faster Pickups
We recommend you break down boxes and bundle stacks with twine or tape for quicker loading. Keep cardboard dry and off the ground; moisture adds weight and can disqualify otherwise recyclable materials. If stored outdoors, set stacks on pallets or clean boards and cover with a tarp until pickup. Indoors, stage near an exit with a clear path to reduce time on-site.
We appreciate clear labeling when loads are mixed. Separate clean corrugated cardboard from waxed cardboard, food-soiled packaging, and mixed-material displays. Place bubble wrap, plastic bags, plastic air pillows, and expanded polystyrene in a separate box or bag. If you have Aluminum Beverage Cans, Household Batteries, or other recyclables present, stage them separately so nothing is mixed into the cardboard by mistake.
We coordinate with building routines. If your facility has a collection day for municipal sanitation workers, or if there is a building-wide recycling window, we can schedule after that to pick up excess material. Our aim is to complement existing systems and prevent piles from returning.
Ready to Clear the Cardboard?
We make cardboard collection easy with careful loading, responsible routing to a recycling facility when possible, and flexible scheduling that matches your pace. Whether a quick garage purge or a warehouse reset, we will break down what is needed, haul the rest, and leave the area ready for normal use.
We serve Kuna, Boise, Nampa, and Meridian with on-demand and recurring options. Share photos, location details, and preferred times, and we will respond with upfront pricing and next steps.
We appreciate the chance to help. Simon Says Junk It is ready when you are. Tell us what stays, what goes, and how soon you want it cleared, and we will take it from there.
Frequently Ask Questions
We take corrugated cardboard, moving boxes, cardboard tubes, and paperboard packaging. We can also collect bubble wrap, plastic bags, plastic air pillows, air pillows, foam packaging peanuts, and expanded polystyrene when staged separately. Please keep food residue off cardboard to support cardboard recycling and eco-friendly disposal.
We route clean, dry material to recycling services and local options like a Recycling Center or recycling facility when available. Soiled or wet items, waxed cardboard, and mixed-material displays often cannot be recycled and may be routed differently. We keep loads separate to protect recyclable materials and support environmentally responsible outcomes.
Yes. If you already use a recycling bin, recycling cart, or recycling can, we can step in when volume exceeds those limits. For apartments or offices with a residential waste container or garbage bins onsite, we coordinate timing so we do not interfere with collection day or building rules. Our role complements sanitation workers and your recycling company.
We do not accept hazardous household waste, and we do not offer Dumpster Rentals, demolition, or moving services. If you have Household Batteries or Aluminum Beverage Cans mixed in, set those aside so they do not enter the cardboard stream. If a Recycling Convenience Center or Mobile Recycling Unit is your preferred drop-off, we can still remove overflow when that option is not convenient.
Sturdy boxes can be reused for storage or shipping before recycling. Clean cardboard often becomes recycled cardboard or recycled paperboard, and in some cases, can even feed into specialty products like construction insulation made from recycled fibers. By keeping cardboard dry and flattened, you help conserve landfill space and reduce environmental impact with every pickup.

Sean came prepared to move large, heavy furniture with an impressive array of tools and knowledge. He went the extra mile to accommodate our needs, and was careful to avoid damage to our sliding door as these large items were carted out. He was patient with me when I searched for keys to the wardrobes he was moving, and pleasant throughout the whole process. He gave the impression that he had plenty of time to complete the job in a way that was respectful of our needs- there was no rushed feeling about the process. This was the second time Sean has helped me out and I will not hesitate to call Simon Says Junk It in the future.Posted on Google Allison MorrisonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
